Accident Investigation Procedures outlines procedures for supervisory personnel to conduct accident investigations with an emphasis on leading to the "root cause".

Accident Prevention Signs and Tag is a non-required program designed to inform employers of the OSHA color coding system and recommended signs and tags for providing safety information to employees.

Aerial Lift Platform Safety is a program used by both general industry and the construction industry to comply with the OSHA standards by employees using aerial lift platforms on the job. Includes required inspection forms.

Asbestos Safety (for general industry) is a program designed to inform employees in general industry of potential exposures to asbestos in the workplace and how to protect themselves from those exposures and what the employer must do to minimize and control the potential exposures.

Blood Pathogens Exposure Control is an awareness type program which trains employees to understand the potential risks for exposures to the blood or body fluids of others and how they can protect themselves from those exposures. This awareness program does not assign anyone to be First Responders and takes a "hands off" approach. Another type program can be provided to designate assigned First Responders.

Confined Space Entry lists specific permit required confined spaces at the site and describes the procedures to be followed in allowing entry into those confined spaces. Includes Entry Permit Forms and procedures for monitoring the atmospheric conditions.

Controlled Substance and Alcohol Abuse Program for Commercial Drivers is a program designed to help the employer comply with the requirements for periodic and/or random drug and alcohol testing for employees who drive company owned vehicles.

Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program is designed to help the employer establish and implement policies for pre-employment testing and post accident testing for drug and alcohol use at the work site. This program does NOT include provisions for random testing but such a program is also available.

Electrical Safety Related Work Practices lists potential hazards with electrical devices and apparatus and the procedures established to protect the employees from those exposures. Intended for employees who may be qualified to perform certain job functions where these types of exposures exist but where the employee does not necessarily have specific training and qualifications to work on or around live high voltage electrical exposures elsewhere.

Emergency Contingency and Spill Control Plan is a site specific Plan that organizes an in-house Emergency Response Team designated to respond to all work place catastrophic situations such as fire, spills or leaks of hazardous materials, and major storm. This is a "hands off" program with the primary emphasis on the Emergency Response Team responding to ASSESS the situation and take action to summon the appropriate type of response needed and to command and supervise employee evacuations to safe areas.

Fall Protection establishes policies to be followed in protecting employees from hazards associated with working on elevated work surfaces.

Fire Prevention Plan is a site specific program intended to identify risk areas for fire, list the organization of emergency responders and to organize and discuss the provisions made for minimizing the risks in the facility.

Fleet Management is a program designed to establish policies for employee use of company owned motor vehicles, reporting accidents, payment of traffic citations and such issues. This program is more a Department of Transportation program than an OSHA program but establishes policies that may be necessary and beneficial for both safety and property management.

Hazards Communication Standard (Employee's Right to Know) describes procedures for identifying potentially hazardous materials employees may be exposed to in the facility, container labeling to indicate those hazards, and to inform employees of how they can protect themselves from those hazards.

Hazardous Materials Shipment program is one required by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for facilities that ship or transport hazardous materials in commerce.

Hearing Conservation is a program required of facilities where employees may be exposed to high noise areas, identifies those areas and provides information to employees for using appropriate hearing protection devices.

Hot Works Permit Program is a program that is intended by OSHA and is developed to enhance the safety efforts in place for employees who perform welding and cutting operations primarily with portable equipment such as in maintenance procedures.

Internal Management of Hazardous Waste is an environmental program that discusses in lay terms the entire procedure for management of hazardous waste in an industrial operation, including the storage (accumulation), labeling, manifesting, characterization, and disposal. Provides a valuable overview for the novice just learning the process.

Lockout/Tagout program establishes procedures for isolating all energy sources in machinery and equipment around the plant during service and maintenance periods. Also establishes an "energy source list" to identify all sources of energy in the facility and the isolation procedures for each, designates "authorized employees" and distinguishes between "authorized" and "affected" employees.

Lead Safety describes exposures to lead in the facility at various processes and site specific procedures established to protect employees from those exposures.

Mechanical Power Press Program establishes policies for conducting inspections and using appropriate protective devices and barriers.

Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde (and other specific chemicals) provides information on the risks for employee exposures to formaldehyde in the workplace, where formaldehyde may be hiding in materials and how the employees can protect themselves from potential over-exposures. Also establishes policies by the company to protect the employee. A similar program can be developed for many other chemical materials but OSHA requires this program for formaldehyde exposures.

OSHA 300 Log Program is an informative written program designed to help users understand the recording process to avoid mistakes that could have serious consequences.

Overhead Cranes, Slings and Hoists Safety is a program designed to meet the OSHA requirements for frequent and periodic inspections, as well as general safety for the employee using the equipment. Includes the inspection forms necessary for recordkeeping requirements.

Personal Protective Equipment Program assesses the physical hazards at the jobs in the facility in certain categories and establishes and describes policies for personal protective equipment requirements to protect the employee from those hazards.

Powered Industrial Vehicles Program provides the employer with an intensive written program to comply with the OSHA requirements for such a program and identifies qualified "trainers" to certify operators. Also under this standard we can train your designated employees to become trainers to train and certify other employees to operate powered industrial vehicles, to give the quizzes and conduct required performance evaluations or we can do it all for you. If we provide training to your personnel to become certified trainers we also include all the materials necessary for them to perform future training.

Respiratory Protection Plan describes various specific exposures to airborne contaminants in the facility and the appropriate respiratory protection devices to be used by qualified employees for protection from those exposures. There are various Respiratory Protection Plans available depending upon the situation and the types of respirators used in the facility: We have programs for "mandatory use", "voluntary use", or programs for use of dust mask respirators only or any combinations of these.

Rules and Regulations for Motor Vehicle Drivers is a written program designed to establish specific company policies and driver log requirements for employees who operate company owned vehicles.

Safety Policy Manual is a program which lists and describes a facility's established safety policies. This program can be custom tailored to your site specific policies or your facility can adopt our generic policies or use a combination of both. Includes provisions for addressing specific requirements OSHA looks for in its "four-step inspection procedures".

Sprinkler System Inspection Program is a program designed to assist the employer with weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections of water-based fire protection systems. This program does not cover quarterly or semi-annual inspections that need to be done by a licensed Automatic Fire Sprinkler Contractor as required by NFPA 25.

Security Awareness Program is a program that satisfies the new requirements of OSHA for facilities that have hazardous materials and/or hazardous wastes to develop and implement awareness measures to monitor for and protect against acts of violence such as terrorism that could involve those materials.

Welding and Cutting Safety is a program designed to provide and implement rules for welding and cutting operations to protect the employees from exposure to the hazards associated with the process and the gases used. Includes discussion on safe handling and storage of gas cylinders.
